EXPENDITURES:
This includes all expenditures the lodge made MINUS expenditures on community service projects. Donations to Camp, the Retirement Home, the Dance Program and any other Hermann Sons Life entity should be included here.
This includes all donations made to outside (not Hermann Sons Life) organizations. If you made in-kind donations (food, meals, clothing, flags, etc.), please estimate the value of these goods and include that number here.
LODGE EVENTS
This includes all meeting, socials, picnics and Christmas parties.
For example, if you had 20 people at each event and your held 15 events, your total would be 300.
For example, if you held 15 events and each event lasted 2 hours, you total would be 30.
COMMUNITY SERVICE 
This includes ALL community service events the lodge conducted in 2020 including but not limited to Join Hands Day, Make a Difference Day and Matching Funds events.
For example, if you had 20 people at each event and you held 15 events, your total would be 300.
For example, if you held 15 events and each event lasted 2 hours, you total would be 30.
SCHOLARSHIPS/CAMPERSHIPS
Do not include the Retirement Home Scholarship or Hermann Sons Life Camp Scholarship in this total.
