Our agents are independent contractors who sell whole life, term life and annuity products, emphasizing the important role these products play in strengthening the family community. Contract employment is part-time and compensation is based on commissions and bonuses. Individuals may work from anywhere in Texas. Agents can sell life insurance and annuities only for our organization.
Candidates must be members of our organization in good standing or be able to become members. They should be licensed or be willing to obtain a license within one year.
Agents go through an orientation and training session and attend two mandatory seasonal workshops each year.
