It seems there is seldom a day when someone doesn’t ask me what a fraternal benefit society is and what makes us different from commercial insurance companies.
There is much that differentiates us from other insurance providers, but the simple answer is, “it’s the benefits!” Benefits like community social and volunteer opportunities, youth activities and our Retirement Home help members to have a better life and set us apart from others in our industry. Yet, although we are recognized for these benefits, the greatest member benefit is life insurance.

Most of us need more life insurance but hesitate because of the presumed complexity and cost or the inconvenience of someone coming into our home to discuss something unpleasant.
